Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the night shift at a Nevada distribution site. The role features a four-day schedule (two options: Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat), 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, and a $20.50/hour wage with a night shift premium and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, labeling, loading/unloading, and using WMS with handheld scanners. Prior distribution/logistics experience is preferred; strong reliability and attendance are essential.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Label, sort, and consolidate products accurately.
• Load and unload trailers and stage inbound/outbound shipments.
• Verify counts and inspect merchandise for quality.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Support inventory activities and special projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace per OSHA.
