Job description

Basic Purpose: To load all outbound orders into designated tractor trailers, ensuring safety, organization, and efficiency for deliveries.

Schedule: Sun-Mon; Thurs-Fri. 6:00 PM start, typically 8-12 hour shifts. Must be flexible and open to working over 12 hours when needed.

Pay and Benefits: $23.00/hr, weekly pay, benefits from Day 1 including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, life insurance, and paid parental leave.

Essential Duties:

  1. Inspect trailers before loading for cleanliness, temperature, and readiness.
  2. Build and secure pallets, check labels, and verify product condition.
  3. Load trailers correctly, secure bulkheads, and complete load diagrams.
  4. Maintain safety practices and cleanliness in dock areas.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least one year warehouse experience preferred.
  • Must be pallet jack certified, detail-oriented, able to read load diagrams, and possess basic math skills.

Work Environment: Multi-temperature indoor/outdoor ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
