Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee loading finished products onto trailers and manage related documentation. The role includes leading a shipping/receiving team, coordinating trailer loading, and ensuring safety and compliance within the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include preparing bills of lading and invoices, communicating with carriers, and maintaining alignment with SQF food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in leading teams or projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Familiarity with food safety and SQF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the communication flow to load finished product to trailers.
• Prepare documentation including Bill of Lading and invoices.
• Supervise a shipping/receiving team and coordinate trailer loading locations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety practices and SQF requirements.
• Communicate instructions to warehouse equipment and resolve deviations.
