Qualifications

• 4+ years – field/manufacturing experience.
• 4+ years – experience in the shipping/leadership role.
• 4+ years – experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shipping/receiving team and ensure on-time loading of finished goods.
• Coordinate loading locations for each trailer and communicate instructions to warehouse equipment.
• Prepare documentation (Bill of Lading and invoice) for shipments.
• Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time collection/loading of products.
• Review operator and carrier data in Tracking Platform and ensure SQF compliance.
