Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC Philadelphia is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee loading finished products onto trailers and to manage associated documentation such as the Bill of Lading and invoices. This role leads a shipping/receiving team and ensures accurate communication of instructions and data across the warehouse.

Responsibilities include coordinating trailer loading locations, maintaining SQF food safety standards, and reporting deviations to supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years experience in a position.
• 2+ years experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping and receiving team members.
• Coordinate loading of finished product to trailers.
• Prepare documentation (Bill of Lading and invoice).
• Communicate instructions to warehouse equipment.
• Review operator and carrier data in Tracking Platform.
• Ensure SQF food safety practices are maintained.
• Communicate deviations or problems with equipment/processes.
