Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive warehouse/logistics experience.
• Experience leading people and operational functions.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse functions, including logistics, inbound/outbound shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control.
• Coach and mentor the warehouse leadership team to meet objectives.
• Oversee staffing plans and workforce development in partnership with HR.
• Ensure safety, quality, service, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet production and customer needs.
