Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Night Lead Material Handler to coordinate overnight warehouse operations and lead warehouse associates to ensure safe, accurate receiving, inventory movement, order fulfillment and shipping.

The role requires experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, leadership capabilities, and adherence to safety standards. Shift: Sunday 5pm onward and Monday-Thursday evenings, onsite.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of related experience in warehouse or distribution.
• Experience using RF scanners, inventory systems or WMS.
• Strong leadership and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and support overnight Material Handlers.
• Coordinate receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping.
• Assign work and balance staffing to meet targets.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and material movement with RF scanners and WMS.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized work environment.
• Track performance and identify efficiency improvements.
