Job summary

Imperial Brady is hiring a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure tasks are prioritized and completed safely, and serve as a resource for training and guidance.

This role requires at least 2 years’ warehouse or inventory experience, previous supervision preferred, the ability to work in a cold-storage environment, and proficiency with pallet jacks, stand‑up forklifts, scanners and related equipment. A high school diploma is expected, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily oversight of warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed safely and efficiently.
• Act as a resource to warehouse associates for training and guidance.
• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits, cycle counts, and annual inventory.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment as required and after proper training, such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Assist with warehouse facility and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, attend department meetings, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Abide by all safety and compliance protocols, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Take personal ownership of all customer needs with speed and urgency.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor, preferred.
• Ability to work comfortably and productively in a cold-storage/freezer environment for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cherry picker, stand‑up forklift and electric pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to operate, and train others to operate, warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems, tools such as scanners, and data entry tasks.
• Basic math skills to manage inventory counts and measurements (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong communication skills, problem‑solving abilities and leadership qualities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet deadlines and work overtime as needed.
• Physical requirements: regularly required to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull 100lbs; ability to walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and balance frequently.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $23.00‑$27.00 per hour. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
