Job summary

Sysco Southeast Florida, LLC is seeking an Operations professional to manage night warehouse activities, including order selection, loading, stocking, and equipment maintenance. You will provide leadership and direction to the night staff, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with other departments to meet productivity targets.

This role requires a GED or higher, 3–5 years related experience, and knowledge of inventory controls, safety procedures (HAACP, FDA), and basic Sysco technology

Qualifications

• GED or higher required.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Knowledge of inventory controls and safety procedures (HAACP, FDA).
• Capability to read, analyze and interpret general business information and to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manages night warehouse activities including order selection, loading, stocking and replenishment.
• Oversees labor hours and consumables within budget; prepares work schedules.
• Ensures safety and security and maintains equipment and software inventories.
• Interacts with other departments to implement efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Maintains open communication with associates and conducts regular pre-shift meetings.
