Mr. Greens is seeking a Night Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in a produce distribution environment. You will handle pick tickets, dispatch coordination, and will-call orders while ensuring accurate records and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Print and prepare pick tickets and labels for second-run delivery routes.
• Coordinate dispatch by organizing tickets for selectors.
• Assist with driver check-ins and verify documentation before restocking.
• Print and organize all will-call orders for customer pickup.
• Interact with will-call customers to ensure a smooth pickup experience.
• Maintain records for orders, returns, and pickups.

With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.Summary:The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations in a produce distribution environment. This role ensures accurate inventory handling, proper documentation, and timely preparation of inbound and outbound orders while maintaining food safety and quality standards.Accountabilities:Print and prepare all pick tickets and labels for second-run delivery routes.Manage the dispatch table by organizing and distributing pick tickets to selectors in a timely and accurate manner.Coordinate with warehouse selectors to ensure orders are pulled correctly and efficiently.Handle driver check-ins, including receiving returned product and verifying documentation before product is restocked.Print and organize all will-call orders for customer pickup.Assist and interact directly with will-call customers, ensuring a smooth and professional pickup experience.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, returns, and pickups.Communicate effectively with drivers, selectors, and management to resolve any discrepancies or issues.Requirements:Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.Strong communication and customer service skills.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role.Familiarity with inventory management software (especially Thyme).Physical Demands/EnvironmentAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to lift up to [insert weight requirement, e.g., 25–50 lbs] as needed.Warehouse setting with varying temperatures.Loud noises to be expected in warehouse.BenefitsMedical BenefitsVisionDentalPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Weekly401K
