Job summary

Mr. Greens is seeking a Night Crew Selector to pick full-case groceries, frozen, and perishable items from warehouse slots using pallet jacks or forklifts. You will load pallets, secure items, and transport them to the shipping dock for delivery to customers. Safety is a top priority in all duties.

The role requires punctuality, forklift/pallet jack experience (minimum 2 years), and weekend availability. Join a team that handles high-volume orders across multiple runs and environments.

Responsibilities

• Select full-case groceries, frozen, and perishable items from warehouse slots.
• Operate pallet jack or forklift to load pallets for shipping.
• Transport pallets to shipping dock and assist with trailer loading.
• Maintain safety and keep work area clean and tidy.
• Report damaged equipment and assist in other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a motivated Night Crew Selector!Apply Today!Overview:Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida, Georgia and Texas. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.Summary:Mr. Greens is looking for highly motivated and dedicated Selectors that can work individually selecting full-case grocery, frozen, and/or perishable products from warehouse pick slots using a pallet jack or other equipment. You will then fit the items on a pallet plastic wrap the bundles, transport pallets to shipping dock and in some cases, load them onto a trailer to delivery to customers. All employees are expected to make safety their top priority.Accountabilities:Perform general physical activities load, unload, sort and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipmenPerform tasks in multi-temperature environmentsSelect merchandise for shipment and stack on pallet neatly by using a pallet jack or forkliftUse a pick sheet to find out individual items inside warehouseBreakdown and restack merchandise from palletsVerify quantity of the productsEnsure items pick accurately and safely to prevent damageKeep warehouse tidy by picking up scrap wood, paper, plastic wrappers, and broken palletsMaintaining a food-safe environmentReport any damaged equipment to shift supervisor or maintenance staffOther duties as assigned.Requirements:Required to be punctual.Forklift/pallet jack 2 yearMust Pass A Drug TestAvailable to work on weekendsPhysical Demands/ Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
