Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Night VTD Dispatcher for our Carthage, TX location. This full-time role focuses on safe scheduling and dispatch of company assets to locations per customer specs, with emphasis on multi-tasking and customer service.

Responsibilities include shift communication, coordinating drivers and equipment, and maintaining accurate dispatch records. Prior oilfield Vacuum Trucks dispatch experience is required, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in oilfield Vacuum Trucks dispatch with multiple units.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Spanish language ability a plus.

Salary Range: $21.50 To $24.00 Hourly

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Vacuum Truck Dispatcher- 12-hour Day shift for our Carthage, TX location.

This position will be responsible for the safe scheduling and dispatch of company assets to appropriate locations, according to customer specifications. You must be able to multi-task. Must be service orientated, always focused on taking care of the customer and company personnel in efficient and respectful manor.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Discuss all job-related information coming up on the next shift with incoming dispatcher.
• Discuss any issues related to jobs, drivers, and equipment with incoming dispatcher.
• Work with supervisors and shop personnel to ensure employees and equipment leave the yard in a safe, timely and orderly manner.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 plus years’ experience of oilfield Vacuum Trucks Dispatch with multiple units.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience with Vacuum Trucks a plus.

Requirements

• Bilingual -English/Spanish a plus
