Pinnergy, Ltd. is seeking a Night VTD Dispatcher in Carthage, TX. This full-time role focuses on safe scheduling and dispatch of vacuum truck assets to customer sites, with emphasis on service quality and efficient coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of oilfield vacuum truck dispatch experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with a bilingual advantage. Previous field experience with vacuum trucks is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience dispatching vacuum trucks in oilfields.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with vacuum trucks a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch assets to locations per customer specs.
• Discuss issues with incoming dispatcher and drivers.
• Coordinate with supervisors and shop personnel for safe, timely departures.
• Relay special job instructions and safety concerns to drivers.
• Ensure on-time dispatch for time-sensitive jobs.
• Maintain accurate dispatch data in the system and logs.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure invoice accuracy.
