Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Valet Key Booth Attendant for the graveyard shift at Silver Legacy. You will hang keys, file tickets, greet guests, and assist with vehicle movement under supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining the valet office, guiding guests with care, and ensuring safety with equipment. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills to instruct, listen, and assist guests.
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest interaction and teamwork.
• Accurate reading, writing, and basic math for tickets and records.
• Ability to perform clerical tasks and maintain orderly equipment.
• Problem-solving and independent judgment when guiding guests and handling scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hang keys on the correct hook and match to valet ticket numbers.
• File valet tickets and maintain the ticket rack.
• Keep the valet office clean and secure when not in use.
• Monitor area to ensure guests leave keys with valet.
• Assist guests and drivers, including oversized vehicles when needed.
• Drive guests to the oversize lot with supervisor's permission.
• Use equipment safely, including the man-lift, as directed.
• Support the supervisor with vehicle relocation and related duties.
