Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work.
• Work Experience: 1 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Customer and personal service principles.
• Skills: Read and write standard English.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to guests and employees.
• Arithmetic: perform basic math with money.
• Time systems: understand 24 hour time.
• Manual transmission: operating and parking cars.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests, use last names, and provide superior service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with luggage when needed.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and services.
• Explain parking rates, issue and collect claim checks, log ticket data.
