Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking an Overnight Valet Parking Attendant to provide exceptional guest service during late-night hours at hotel properties. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles while ensuring area security and compliance with hotel standards.

Responsibilities include greetings, documenting vehicle conditions, maintaining a clean station, and accurately recording hours and tips. Must be punctual, in uniform, and ready to support a busy overnight operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• A helpful attitude and strong commitment to delivering excellent service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage and vehicle needs during overnight hours.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document existing damage on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles adhering to safety protocols.
• Monitor and secure the parking area during the night.
• Maintain a clean, organized valet station reflecting hotel standards.
• Accurately record hours and gratuities per company policies.
• Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Arrive punctually in full uniform and follow hotel policies and safety guidelines.
• Support teammates and assist with additional tasks as needed.
• Help with other duties to support daily overnight operations.
