Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC seeks an Overnight Garage Attendant to greet guests and manage vehicle arrivals and departures in a safe, professional manner at our Boston facility.

This role requires overnight schedule, Monday and Tuesday 11pm-7am, a positive attitude, reliability, ability to stand long hours, pass background checks, and a valid driver’s license; you will keep keys secure and provide excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing demeanor for guest interactions.
• Ability to smile during customer interactions.
• Maintain uniform standards while on site.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/RMV checks.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles safely in the garage.
• Keep keys and cars organized and tracked throughout the garage.
• Provide exceptional guest experience and professional communication.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall operation of the garage.
• Adhere to VPNE attendance policies and drive safely.
