Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC seeks an Overnight Garage Attendant to greet guests and manage vehicle arrivals and departures in a safe, professional manner at our Boston facility.

This role requires overnight schedule, Monday and Tuesday 11pm-7am, a positive attitude, reliability, ability to stand long hours, pass background checks, and a valid driver’s license; you will keep keys secure and provide excellent guest service.

Qualifications

Job description

The role of the Overnight Garage Attendant is to make a fantastic impression on every guest by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive and friendly manner and being responsible for parking and retrieving their vehicles in a parking garage or similar facility safely.

Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 11pm-7am

Responsibilities

• Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times
• Continuously safely operate vehicles to minimize the potential for accidents
• Keep track of keys and cars throughout the garage
• Provide exceptional guest experience
• Maintain organization at operation
• Be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the customers and teammates to enjoy
• Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices
• Help facilitate transition at the end of the shift
• Look sharp and neatly groomed at all times
• Cleaning duties as assigned
• Adhere to VPNE attendance policy
