Job summary

Lexington Health Northeast Emergency Department in Columbia, SC is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for the night shift (7:00pm - 7:00am) to operate sonographic equipment independently and assist the Radiologist with procedures.

This full-time position includes a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and opportunities to contribute to a growing department as Lexington Health opens a new location in spring 2027.

Qualifications

• RDMS certification required or registry-eligible within time frame.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree with Diagnostic Medical Program and registry eligibility if no RDMS at hire.
• Current CME requirements for specialty and BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate sonographic equipment independently and communicate results.
• Assist Radiologist with invasive procedures in acute care settings.
• Maintain department equipment and adhere to department protocols.
• Ensure patient care safety and effective communication with patients and staff.
