Job summary

TabaPay is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its US Treasury team, covering overnight hours in Pacific and Eastern time zones. You will run, review, and improve the reports and reconciliations during your shift, identifying discrepancies and escalating as needed, while partnering with Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology to ensure accurate, timely treasury processes.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience in treasury, reconciliation, or payments operations.
• Experience in a bank, payment processor, FinTech, or tech company with reconciliation responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.

Responsibilities

• Own and run key treasury reports and reconciliations during designated hours.
• Perform daily reconciliation of payment, settlement, bank, and financial activity.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate causes, and drive resolution.
• Review data across internal systems, bank reports, and other data sources for inconsistencies.
• Monitor treasury activity during shift and escalate time-sensitive issues.
• Develop understanding of funds flows, reporting, settlement, and operations.
