Job summary

BVNK is seeking a Treasury and Payment Operations Analyst to ensure smooth day-to-day processing of payments and liquidity management. The role requires handling manual and automated transactions, resolving payment inquiries, and maintaining strong partner relationships.

You will support compliance, monitoring, and KPI reporting, with on-call weekend coverage and some bank-holiday duty. Location preference is West Coast US with Pacific Time alignment, in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury, payment operations, or financial services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor manual and automated transactions, including deposits and client payments.
• Manage liquidity movements and cash flow.
• Maintain relationships with partner financial institutions and merchants.
• Provide on-call coverage for weekends and some holidays.
• Produce KPIs on payments statistics.
• Implement SOPs for treasury and payment processes.
• Support compliance and monitoring teams with flagged transactions.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues with internal and external partners.
