Job summary

BVNK is seeking a Treasury and Payment Operations Analyst to ensure smooth day-to-day processing of payments, liquidity management, and prompt handling of client inquiries. The role includes on-call weekend coverage shared among analysts and some bank-holiday support, with hours aligned to Pacific Time.

Based on the West Coast or willing to work PT, you will interact with banks, merchants, and internal teams to maintain cash flow, monitor transactions, and resolve discrepancies, while

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury, payment operations, or financial services is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor manual and automated payments and liquidity movements.
• Provide on-call weekend coverage and holiday support as needed.
• Maintain relationships with partner banks and internal teams; produce KPIs for payments.
• Investigate payment issues and help implement SOPs; contribute to system optimisation initiatives.
