You will coordinate across departments, coach drivers on hours of service, and handle daily challenges with professional communication, while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
• Previous transportation or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support 100-250 drivers during night and weekend hours.
• Coordinate safe, on-time service and prescheduled time off for drivers.
• Coach drivers on hours of service, directions, pay, productivity, swaps, and equipment needs.
• Communicate across departments to facilitate collaboration on company goals.
• Make cost-effective decisions aligned with company goals.
• Troubleshoot daily challenges for customers and drivers.
• Ensure timely attendance for all scheduled shifts.
• Maintain confidentiality due to exposure to payroll information.
