Performance Food Group is seeking a Supervisor, Transportation to oversee driver teams at the Springfield OpCo. You will supervise staffing, training, and coaching while ensuring safe, timely deliveries and DOT compliance.

This role requires overseeing driver logs, payroll reviews, and regulatory adherence, with occasional route coverage and overnight travel. Night shifts are Sunday through Thursday, and the position involves occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years transportation or related experience including knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.
• Experience operating computerized fleet management systems.
• CDL Class A license required.
• Night shift Sunday-Thursday with overnight travel.

Responsabilités

• Supervises drivers, including staffing, coaching, performance management, and scheduling.
• Assists in DOT logs, payroll reviews, expense reports, and compliance with regulations.
• Monitors vehicle safety, equipment use, and safe product handling.
• Maintains driver-related paperwork such as invoices, DVIRs, and trip reports.
• Attends safety meetings and coordinates driver information and risk data.
• Drives route coverage as needed and may travel for overnight assignments.

Connaissances

2-4 years transportation experience
