Qualifications

• 2–4 years transportation experience with knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.
• Experience operating computerized fleet management systems.
• Night shift required with Sunday–Thursday schedule; occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and issue resolution.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and pickups, ride along with drivers for training/evaluation.
• Support daily admin for transportation and delivery functions, including payroll review and logs.
• Ensure driver and vehicle safety, proper use of safety equipment, and DVIR/documents.
• Maintain driver records, DOT logs, and accident reporting; coordinate route efficiency.
• Attend safety meetings and report to Springfield, MA ops leadership; cover routes as needed.
