Job summary

Community Partners in Action, Inc. in Hartford seeks a Transportation/ Driver for the Men's Work Release Program. You will safely transport residents, operate agency vehicles, and maintain logs and vehicle inspections, delivering reliable, on-time service in a respectful, professional manner.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and at least two years of driving experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license must be maintained during employment.
• Two years minimum driving experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to six work release residents to and from work locations.
• Operate agency vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and safety policies.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain travel logs and related reports.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and ready for scheduled service.
• Maintain professional boundaries and provide respectful, customer-service oriented interactions.
