Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Traffic Clerk / Operations Support for the 2nd shift to keep traffic and warehouse activities running smoothly. The role includes cross-training to support operations across the facility and collaborating with drivers, warehouse, and transportation teams.

You will verify shipment data, manage carrier paperwork, and enter information in Warehouse Management Systems while maintaining safety and accuracy. Flexibility for weekends is expected.

Job description

This is more than a traditional Traffic Clerk role. As part of our 2nd Shift team, you’ll help keep traffic and warehouse activities running smoothly while also being cross‑trained to support operations when needed. You’ll have the opportunity to learn multiple areas of the facility, work alongside different teams, and play an important role in keeping our operation moving safely and efficiently. If you’re someone who likes variety, stays flexible, and is willing to jump in wherever you’re needed, this could be a great fit for you.

Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments. Plan and direct driver’s assignments including checking them in, assigning their doors, and checking them out once the load is complete.

Work Environment

This is a dual‑role position. While you will perform Traffic Clerk responsibilities, you will also be expected to support warehouse operations when needed. Because this is a cold storage environment, you must be comfortable working in cooler and freezer temperatures. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided.
