We are urgently hiring for Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

Sincere Residential is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) that are passionate about patient care. We are looking for an individual who can work nights (11 pm to 7 am) in Lafayette, Indiana near the Purdue University Campus. This position is a quiet overnight shift that requires monitoring a client while they sleep and is ideal for someone who can study or work on other tasks passively. The role will require a few nights a week, starting at the beginning of the Fall semester. Training can begin immediately with 2 to 3 nights located in Noblesville, Indiana. This position includes travel assistance in the form of a fuel credit card sponsored by the company.

Position requires active transportation and communication.

Sincere Residential is dedicated to serving both urban and rural communities and therefore has strict transportation and attendance requirements. Qualified applicants must have their own transportation, a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a smartphone. Eligible candidates will receive competitive compensation.

What do DSPs do?

Your position will require providing homemaking and attendant care services. Homemaking includes cooking and cleaning. Attendant care involves monitoring clients, assisting with dressing, and may require assistance with bathing. In some cases, the client may not be able to be left unattended. Both group home and singular client positions are available. These roles require a personable and professional demeanor; communication is key.
