Environment Control is hiring a Floor Technician in Dayton for a full-time role. You will perform carpet cleaning, tile care, auto scrubbing, strip and wax, and buffing, with additional fill-in cleaning as needed. You will document work with photos and coordinate with supervisors on access and concerns while supporting customer issues.

Qualifikationen

FLOOR TECHNICIAN — FULL TIME

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Annual equivalent: $37,440/year based on 40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Perform professional floor care, including:
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Tile and hard-floor care
  • Auto scrubbing
  • Strip & wax
  • Buffing
• Provide fill-in cleaning as needed
• Complete special projects such as:
  • Exterior window cleaning
  • Construction clean-ups
  • Tenant move-out cleaning
  • Other specialty cleaning projects
• Take before-and-after photos for quality control
• Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding building access and job concerns
• Help resolve customer concerns as directed by your supervisor
• Properly use, maintain, and report issues with company equipment
• Assist with company vehicles and equipment as needed
