Environment Control is recruiting for a Floor Technician in Dayton, OH for a full-time position. You will perform professional floor care, including carpet cleaning, tile and hard-floor maintenance, auto scrubbing, and buffing, with a focus on quality service.

We offer 40 hours per week at $18.00/hour, with benefits after a 90-day period. The role supports independent work and team collaboration, and includes opportunities to tackle special cleaning projects and lead quality-control tasks.

Responsabilités

• Perform professional floor care, including carpet cleaning, tile and hard-floor care, auto scrubbing, strip & wax, buffing.
• Provide fill-in cleaning as needed.
• Complete special projects such as exterior window cleaning, construction clean-ups, tenant move-out cleaning, and other specialty cleaning projects.
• Take before-and-after photos for quality control.
• Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding building access and job concerns.
• Help resolve customer concerns as directed by your supervisor.
• Properly use, maintain, and report issues with company equipment.
• Assist with company vehicles and equipment as needed.

FLOOR TECHNICIAN — FULL TIME

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Annual equivalent: $37,440/year based on 40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Perform professional floor care, including:
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Tile and hard-floor care
  • Auto scrubbing
  • Strip & wax
  • Buffing
• Provide fill-in cleaning as needed
• Complete special projects such as:
  • Exterior window cleaning
  • Construction clean-ups
  • Tenant move-out cleaning
  • Other specialty cleaning projects
• Take before-and-after photos for quality control
• Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding building access and job concerns
• Help resolve customer concerns as directed by your supervisor
• Properly use, maintain, and report issues with company equipment
• Assist with company vehicles and equipment as needed
