Environment Control is hiring a Floor Technician for a full‑time Dayton position. You will perform professional floor care including carpet cleaning, tile and hard‑floor care, auto scrubbing, strip & wax, and buffing.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team. Responsibilities include fill‑in cleaning, special projects, and documenting results with before‑and-after photos.

• Perform professional floor care (carpet cleaning, tile and hard-floor care, auto scrubbing, strip & wax, buffing).

• Take before-and-after photos for quality control.
• Communicate with supervisors about access and job concerns; resolve customer issues as directed.
• Maintain and report issues with company equipment; assist with vehicles and equipment.

FLOOR TECHNICIAN — FULL TIME

Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Annual equivalent: $37,440/year based on 40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Perform professional floor care, including:

  
  
  
  

  • Carpet cleaning

  
  

  • Tile and hard-floor care

  
  

  • Auto scrubbing

  
  

  • Strip & wax

  
  

  • Buffing

  
  
  
  



• Provide fill-in cleaning as needed




• Complete special projects such as:

  
  
  
  

  • Exterior window cleaning

  
  

  • Construction clean-ups

  
  

  • Tenant move-out cleaning

  
  

  • Other specialty cleaning projects

  
  
  
  



• Take before-and-after photos for quality control




• Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding building access and job concerns




• Help resolve customer concerns as directed by your supervisor




• Properly use, maintain, and report issues with company equipment




• Assist with company vehicles and equipment as needed
