Job summary

Clean-Tech Company in Missouri is seeking a reliable floor care employee to perform cleaning tasks across various areas of our facilities. The role includes bonnet and extract carpet cleaning, scrubbing, sealing, waxing and spray buffing of floors, as well as operating diverse floor cleaning equipment.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 70 lbs, work with a team, and follow safety procedures. Reliable transportation is required for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in floor care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carpet cleaning (Bonnet and Extract), scrubbing, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing floors.
• Operate high/low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane finishing equipment.
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning/finishing equipment including buffers, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Work with others and take directions to maintain the facility.

Performs the following duties:

• Carpet cleaning (Bonnet and Extract), scrubbing, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surfaces floors
• Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane brnishing equipment
• Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffers/burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility
• Minimum QualificationsEducation: High school degree preferred but not required.Experience: Previous Floor care experience a plus.Requirements:
• Ability to reach, bend, push and pull.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Reliable Transportation
• Team focus approach requiring ability to work with others and take directions

Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company.
