1st Shift: 5 AM - 1:30 PM (Sun-Thu)

2nd Shift: 1 PM - 9:30 PM (Sun-Thu)

Office Shift: 3 PM - 11:30 PM (M-F)

3rd Shift: 9 PM - 5:30 AM (Sun-Thu)

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with floor care processes and equipment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpet cleaning using bonnet and extraction methods
• Maintain and properly use floor care equipment, including water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
• Ensure all work meets quality and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• Minium of 1 year of proven experience as a Floor Technician
• Ability to pass a background
• Must have valid Driver’s license and pass MVR check
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• Strong work ethic with a reliable employment history
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow direction
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
