Marshall Cleaning Service in Knoxville, TN is hiring a dependable Night Shift Floor Care Technician to join our growing team. This full-time role cleans carpet, upholstery, tile and grout for residential and commercial clients, with a strong focus on quality and customer service.

We offer weekly pay, a competitive starting wage of 16.00–17.50 per hour based on experience, paid training and opportunities for growth in a family-owned local company. Relocation not required for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to Knoxville location.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, climbing stairs/ladders, kneeling.
• 1 year of floor care experience preferred; will train right candidate.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality carpet, upholstery, tile, and grout cleaning in residential and commercial settings.
• Set up equipment safely and efficiently at job sites.
• Move furniture and prep spaces for cleaning.
• Communicate with clients and set proper expectations.
• Represent the company with professionalism at every job.
• Work overnight hours 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday, independently or with a team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality carpet, upholstery, tile, and grout cleaning in residential and commercial settings
• Safely and efficiently set up equipment at job sites
• Move furniture and prep spaces for cleaning
• Clearly communicate with clients and set proper expectations
• Represent the company with professionalism at every job
• Work independently or with a team during overnight hours (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), Sunday through Thursday

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record (no accidents, tickets, or points)
• Reliable transportation to our Knoxville location
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs., climbing stairs/ladders, kneeling, and working in a variety of environments
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• 1 year of floor care experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
