Marshall Cleaning Service—a locally owned, high-rated company serving East Tennessee with top-quality carpet, upholstery, tile, and grout cleaning services—has a Night Shift Floor Care Technician position. We seek a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing crew. Location: Knoxville, TN.

Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of floor care experience preferred, training available for right candidate.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record (no accidents, tickets, or points).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality carpet, upholstery, tile, and grout cleaning in residential and commercial settings.
• Safely and efficiently set up equipment at job sites.
• Move furniture and prep spaces for cleaning.
• Clearly communicate with clients and set proper expectations.
• Represent the company with professionalism at every job.
• Work independently or with a team during overnight hours (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), Sunday through Thursday.
