Job summary

Marshall Cleaning Service, LLC. is hiring a full-time night-shift technician to perform carpet, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning for residential and commercial clients in Knoxville, TN.

You will set up equipment, move furniture, and prep spaces while maintaining professionalism with clients. We offer weekly pay, a strong starting wage of $16.00–$17.50 per hour based on experience, paid training, and growth potential in a family-owned company with a local reputation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record (no accidents, tickets, or points).
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs., climbing stairs/ladders, kneeling, and working in various environments.
• High attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality carpet, upholstery, tile, and grout cleaning in residential and commercial settings.
• Safely and efficiently set up equipment at job sites.
• Move furniture and prep spaces for cleaning.
• Clearly communicate with clients and set proper expectations.
• Represent the company with professionalism at every job.
• Work independently or with a team during overnight hours (6:00 PM-6:00 AM), Sunday through Thursday.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record (no accidents, tickets, or points)
• Reliable transportation to our Knoxville location
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs., climbing stairs/ladders, kneeling, and working in a variety of environments
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• 1 year of floor care experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
