Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse for Advocate South Suburban Hospital in Illinois. This full-time role (36 hours per week) is scheduled 7pm-730am, benefits eligible, with a pay range of $38.20-$57.30 per hour.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, monitoring patient conditions, ensuring safety, documenting in EHR, and collaborating with the care team to optimize outcomes. RN licensure in IL and BLS required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing education program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active RN license with privileges in the state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Applies nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and coordinates with the care team to impact outcomes.
• Maintains safety and accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed and provide age-appropriate care.
