Martha Trust is seeking a Night Support Worker to assist adults with Profound Disabilities. This permanent role offers full paid training and progression opportunities, with starts at £13.85 per hour.

You will shadow a veteran worker initially and learn how to support people to communicate and engage in daily activities within their homes. The role requires dedication, good communication, integrity, and teamwork, with a focus on safeguarding and person-centred care.

We provide comprehensive paid training, including safeguarding, communication, personal care, medication administration, epilepsy awareness, oral health, autism awareness and our specialist Care That Empowers course.

We actively encourage career development. Support Workers can take on additional Champion roles in areas such as Safeguarding and Communication, with opportunities to progress into Senior Support Worker positions and beyond.
