Essex Cares Ltd in Braintree is seeking an Older People Support Worker to provide person-centred support to older adults, including those living with dementia or frailty. You will join a dedicated team offering specialist, person-centred care to individuals with decreased mobility or living with Alzheimer's, dementia, or Parkinson's.
You will deliver tailored activities to maintain independence and encourage social interaction on-site and in the community.
