Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to lead overnight clinical care and protect resident safety on the night shift. You will oversee nurses and care staff, transcribe orders, and ensure accurate documentation while coordinating with physicians and families to maintain high care standards.

• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.
• Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies.
• Supervise caregivers and medication staff.
• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.

Pay Range: 27.20 - 34.05
