Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Montgomery Village, MD is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to serve as the overnight clinical lead, ensuring resident safety, supervising care teams, and maintaining medication and documentation standards.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license, graduation from an approved nursing program, and at least 1 year of senior care or clinical experience, with strong assessment and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes

• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families

Pay Range: 27.20 - 34.05
