Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to serve as the overnight clinical anchor, ensuring resident safety and high-quality care. You will supervise care teams, manage shifts, and oversee medication administration, documentation, and regulatory compliance in a Raleigh area community.

Required are an active RN or LPN license, graduation from an approved nursing program, and 1+ year in senior care or a clinical setting.

• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.
• Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies.
• Supervise caregivers and medication staff.
• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing

• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting
• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills
