Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year work experience with children; OR
• Associate’s degree or 60 college credit hours and three years work experience with children.
• Criminal clearances (Act 33 and 34, state and child clearances, FBI if necessary).
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and ability to use computers and software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the facility.
• Oversee the implementation of the clients’ schedule.
• Develop and implement systems to organize and monitor work activities.
• Conduct supervision conferences and performance evaluations with employees.
• Implement progressive discipline per policy and write development plans with staff.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and schedule mandatory training.
• Conduct nightly headcount and support the organization’s philosophy and seven principles of care.
