Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Education or a related field.
• Preferred: 3 years’ experience delivering training, developing content, and knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Other qualifications include: at least 21 years of age; criminal clearances; valid driver’s license; ability to work with computers and software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all staff by reviewing daily logs, providing written evaluations, and observing student interactions.
• Completes weekly educational progress notes and quarterly educational reviews.
• Monitors student location and movement and staff placement.
• Models effective supervision and management of clients and intervenes as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality of client information.
• Mentions and enforces company policies and procedures; supports mission and goals.
• Schedules employee training to meet mandatory requirements.
• Maintains safety and security of clients and facility.
• Demonstrates leadership during emergencies and addresses client grievances.
