Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Store Supervisor in Mount Joy, PA to lead frontline team members with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. You’ll guide daily operations, ensure hospitality-focused customer service, and help maintain product availability and store presentation.

This role offers opportunities for growth, competitive pay plus a $1.50/hr night shift premium for working 10pm–6am, quarterly bonuses, PTO, tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits as part of a supportive team

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older; 21+ for certain tasks.
Ability to multi-task and stand for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and assist with 40 pounds.
