Sheetz, Inc is looking for a Supervisor to lead a store team in the Centre County area. The role emphasizes delivering hospitality and quality food and beverages while guiding team members to prioritize tasks and maintain safety and speed in service.

The position offers a night shift premium of $1.50 per hour for working 10pm–6am, with additional benefits such as competitive salaries, PTO, parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, and opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
