Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy store team focused on hospitality and quality service. You will guide the team to meet customer specifications and maintain a fast, friendly, safe service environment.

Compensation includes a $1.50/hr shift premium for 10pm–6am, plus competitive pay, PTO, parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive medical/vision/dental coverage, and snack discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
