Sheetz, Inc is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy store team in a fast-paced environment. You will guide colleagues in delivering hospitality, accuracy, and efficiency in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; VA law may require 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages quickly and safely to order specifications.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor store inventory and merchandising to ensure products are stocked and presentable.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
