Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor in Mount Joy, PA to lead store teammates with energy and a strong team mentality. You will greet customers, ensure quality food and beverage preparation to order, and coach colleagues to deliver excellent service.

You will ensure products are stocked, merchandised, and available, while keeping the store clean. The role includes a $1.50/hr shift premium for working 10pm–6am; opportunities for growth, bonuses, and benefits are highlighted in the org perks.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds (assistance up to 40 pounds).
• Must be 18 years or older (State law may require 21 for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a fast, safe, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Monitor in-store stock, merchandise, and availability for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
