Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).
• Must be 18 years or older; in Virginia, Supervisors may need to be 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service
• Serve quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a fast, safe, and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers
• Maintain cleanliness in-store, kitchen, and dining areas
